Using NutraVeri
NutraVeri is a creation and intelligence platform. You may build, score, and save supplement concepts subject to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own regulatory compliance.
The score is informational
The NutraVeri Score is a readiness signal, not a compliance ruling, a safety determination, or a success forecast. It is never an approval. It does not constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
No disease claims
You agree not to use the platform to create or distribute claims that a product treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Our tooling flags risky language but does not generate it on your behalf.
Manufacturing
Where you route a concept to production, manufacturing is performed through an FDA-registered, cGMP-aligned facility. Products are not themselves FDA-approved. Quotes, timelines, and minimums are provided by the partner.
Your content
You retain ownership of the concepts you create. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
